Birthday week

As luck would have it, I had a few days off to bring in the big 3 zero and to celebrate St. Patricks day. For my birthday, I went to my first NHL hockey game at the St. Pete Times Forum. My $5 tickets were in the nose bleed section, but that didn’t last long. The view was actually pretty good but I needed to upgrade. So for the 3rd Period, I moved down to the lower level about 9 rows from the rink. The game was alot more exciting from that point on. Parking for the game was easy & relatively cheap. Easy access out as well. I would go again.

St. Patty’s day was kind of a mess but it ended well. I had Plans A, B, & C. Plan A failed (as expected), Plan B failed (I goofed on location), & Plan C was screwed up because I forgot my wallet in Plan A. So, Plan D was made up on the fly and I ended up at a local Irish pub. First time there as well. I had a beer for Danny as that was his favorite holiday. R.I.P. I’d like to go back & check it out on a regular night.

Thursday, 18th….yeah, I don’t remember what I did. Probably lazyness over took my body.
