Slept bad Sunday night and horrible monday night. Had mild runs yesterday. Today, 6 rounds of them so far. I’m cold, then hot. I haven’t eaten anything yet today as I probably would shit it right out. I’ve taken some cold/flu medicine and continued to just lie down. I’m surprised I had the energy and mindset to even type this.
