October in Chicago…is it Fall or Summer?
I am confused. I know Kathy and I drove 1,200 miles north from Florida to Chicago. I recognize many places and streets here, so I know I’m in the right area. However, today will mark the 5th consecutive day of 80+ temperatures (which includes a few in the upper 80’s). The warm temperatures were also complimented with mid 60 dew points. I played a few games of bags with Darren over the last couple of days and when we were in the sun, we sweated our short and curly’s off. haha.
I was actually looking forward to cooler weather and fall colors….but it appears the Florida weather hitched a ride with us to Chicago.
