Wednesday night - Oh what a night

After waking up from a 2 hour nap at 7p, my phone rings. Carlos and his friend Rob were interested in going to Mr. Dunderbaks. A very good time there was the result. I have more video from there than pictures but I will only post a few pictures. By the time they closed, 945p, Kathy was off of work and we all conjured up at my place to condense vehicles and head Beaches Bar for one pitcher and meet up with another friend of Carlos’s - Randy. Now there are 5 of us.

It turned out to be Karaokee night. Not only that, but we met a good looking young woman who was a lezbian who liked Kathy, (hell yeah), Carlos was getting his drunk ass mack on with about 7 women, and we all sang like fools to several Karaokee songs. Aye. What was supposed to be a picture of Blue moon and shoot the shit turned out to be several pitchers and shots. It seemed like every 15 minutes, there was a new pitcher. wtf. I was not expecting to be out that late nor drink that much.

We slowed down alot by 1a to sober up and we departed the bar about 215a. Carlos was still off his rocker. We left the bar and followed the 1st vehicle which contained carlos in the passenger seat navigating.  We headed west on SR 40 and turned north onto Beach street. In hind sight, we were supposed to turn left (west) a few block down onto Wilmette and take that to Bubba’s. However, our prize navigator Carlos missed the turn and we just kept driving, and driving and driving. After about 10 minutes of driving through forest, we pulled over. We can either continue or turn around and hope we remember the way back to SR40. We proceeded forward and I took charge and the lead. After about another 10 miles of driving, we pulled over again. The same decision lurked us however, I had to pee. Just as I am finishing up, a squad car pulls up with the spot light on us. Protected by the car between I and the squad, I zipped up and immediately went to the cop and talked to him. He said just continue on the road for another mile or so and we will hit I-95.

Once I got home, I google mapped the area. It turns out we were in the state forest about 15 miles north of SR40.
