Seat repaired in truck

There was a 5″ rip in the fabric of my driver side front seat. Some high strength thread, 1 hour, and 3 bucks repaired that. My only small task is move my rear view mirror higher up on the front windshield. For normal height people, the mirror location is fine. However, for me, the mirror sits right in my field of view. When I approach an intersection, oncoming and right side traffic are hidden. I had this problem in the oldsmobile.

There was a cockroach in the shower and one of them said, roll over…roll over

Last night, I started the water for a shower. I entered the shower on the opposite end of the faucet. As I set one foot into the tub and leaned forward, I notice a cockroach crawling on the faucet wall. First thoughts were, “what in the hell is that” and “what am I going to use besides toilet paper to kill this”. So I watched it crawl across the top of the shower rod. As it got to the other end, I was about to make my move. Just then, it double backed. As it crawled across the top of the shower rod, it would dip down a few inches inbetween the liner and the curtain. Then back up and down and so on. I waited for it to reach a low point between the curtain and liner and SQUASH. I sandwiched it. The cockroach fell down and go boom. I picked it up with kleenex and flushed it.

I continued my shower paying close attention to the drain and my surroundings. Let me tell you that I was not to keen on the idea of closing my eyes while rinsing the shampoo out.

The shower was uneventful. About 20 minutes later, I went back in the bathroom to brush my teeth. I thought to myself, “I should check out the tub just incase.” There was another one. A bigger one stuck in the bath tub. He was too big to crawl up the slippery slides. I grabbed insect and pest spray and sprayed the shit out of it. It turned over on its back, legs in the air moving at a mile a minute. About 30 secods later - death. Yay. I picked that bugger up and flushed it down the toilet with its friend.

I figured they came up the bathtub drain. So I closed the drain, the sink drain with tape over the overflow, and closed the kitchen sink drains.

That was my night around 1130p, what were you doing?
