AT-SAT score is in
May 29, 2007 by T Love.
The other day, my AT-SAT results arrived. I recieved a 93.1. The following are parts from the letter I recieved.
A score of 70.0 or above is required to pass the AT-SAT. An AT-SAT score of 70 or above will be placed in “hold” status for applicants in the Air Traffic Collegiate Training Inistiative (AT-CTI) program until the applicant graduates from an FAA approved AT-CTI program. (Embry Riddle is one).
Eligible applicants are categorized as “well-qualified” or “qualified” based on AT-SAT scores. Applicants with scores of 85.0 or higher are considered “well-qualified.” Applicants with scores of 70.0-84.9 are considered “qualified.”

Power hour in 45 minutes?!
May 29, 2007 by T Love.
Confused? So am I.
Let me just say, that was a fun evening! Power hour started late and we wanted to get poker going. But we couldn’t do power hour and play poker at the same time, believe me. By the time we said “cheers”, drank the shot, filled our glasses, 25 seconds already elapsed. Man, those minutes went by fast. The first 30 minutes went as planned, 1 shot of beer per minute. After 30 minutes, I suggested to quit power hour and get the poker game going.
Somebody, and I won’t mention names, basically said, Hey, lets do one shot every 30 seconds to speed it up so we can play poker. So, that’s what was done, for most of us. The next 15 minutes were 1 shot per 30 seconds. I lasted about 5 shots in the “Speed Round”. Kathy almost puked. We were plowed. haha.
The break down:
The first 30 minutes: 1 shot per minute
The next 15 minutes: 1 shot per 30 seconds
Pictured below are just a few pictures from that evening. Poker was fun as usual. I knocked out 4 players in one hand! Yeah buddy. Dan and I were heads up where I let Dan win. Well actually, we were both winners. I’m actually more content with making the top 2 then actually winning. Anyways.
More along with video will be posted some time in the way way future.
Above: Sandra is grillin. But her flame seems to be out. I know she’s hot stuff but will it be enough to cook the food? Will T Love need to light her fire? Will T Love have to get things cookin??
Below: The Power half hour and speed round group. Left to Right: T Love, Dan, Bubba, and TAB.
